Data shows that thousands of people each year become disabled after an accident and a very large number are unable to return home because their dwelling is not wheelchair accessible.

Stairs are the leading cause of injuries inside a home, especially for older adults, young children, and infants being carried on stairs. Falls on stairs cause a large number of hospitalisations and are a major contributor to serious injuries such as fractures and head trauma.

Pentvilla homes are built using a concrete slab, walls and roof. This design requires low maintenance and provides better thermal conditions.
